Are you doing Push-up in a right way?

Push-up or press-up is the bodyweight exercise to strengthen your muscles of chest region specially including shoulder or deltoid and triceps. And this is the basic of anything which leads to fit core body. I believe it that if you want to measure your fitness you should be doing 25 or more pushups in a go with correct form but most of the time I see people doing this phenomenal exercise wrong. Here are some basic and small changes you can do to correct your form. And take more and more advantage of this calisthenic exercise.

There are multiple ways to perform push-up but here we are talking about the basic and regular push-up to get into the push-up position just place your both hands or palms on the floor just beside your shoulders tall and straight as well as your toe. Your whole body will be in the air with knees straight.

As you go down towards the floor just push your elbows back towards your back muscle into the 45° position

The best part of the push up is your core involvement which works as stabilizer and they are rectus abdominis (abs), transverse abdominis, obliques (internal and external) including lower back muscles.

If you lose it you will feel your shoulders doing the primary work which we are not targeting in this exercise.

And the most important part it breathing as INHALE when you are going dow towards the floor and exhale when you push the floor and bring your body up in the air.

If you are a beginner and dont have STRENGTH to perform full push just bring down your knees to the floor and try to touch your upper body from chest to hip to the floor.

Still you are struggling with this scaling option which is called knee pushups then Bend your elbow and begin to lean your body toward the wall as far as you can go. Ensure that your back perform until and unless you feel it very easy for you.
